At SilverSkin International, your satisfaction is our priority. While we take great care in crafting and delivering each product, we’ve outlined the following policy to ensure transparency and clarity in the rare event of an issue.

No refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Return, exchange, or refund requests are accepted only if the error is on our part and supported by valid proof.

Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

International orders are non-refundable.
2. ✅ Return, Exchange & Refund Eligibility

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

A complete unboxing video is required. It must:

Begin from the sealed package and run continuously without cuts, filters, or edits.

Clearly show your name, address, and invoice.

Email the video to support@silverskininternational.com within 24 hours of delivery. Claims beyond this window will not be considered.
Refund Details:

Only the product amount will be refunded.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the same product is out of stock, you may wait for restocking or opt for a refund (excluding shipping).
Not Eligible for Return or Refund:

Size-related concerns.

Packages still in transit.
-
Delivery delays by courier partners.

Orders processed and shipped correctly.
3. 🚫 Items Not Covered Under Policy

Sale or discounted products.

Items that have been used or tampered with.

Return shipping costs exceeding ₹80 (covered only if our error is proven).
4. 📦 Lost or Undelivered Parcels

SilverSkin International is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

No refunds for prepaid orders refused at the time of delivery.
5. 🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If a refund is approved, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Delivery time for exchanged products may vary by location.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable courier service. SilverSkin International is not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. 📄 Additional Terms

If an order is returned due to incorrect shipping/contact details, only 50% of the product value will be refunded within 15–20 business days.

Issues reported after 24 hours of delivery are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
